Technical R&D Engineer

Job Description:
1. Independently propose process development technical roadmaps in alignment with established objectives and complete the corresponding process technology development.
2. Continuously innovate in process technology and take responsibility for or participate in project development.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in semiconductor physics, materials science, chemistry, microelectronics, or a related field;
2. Familiar with material testing methods and characterization techniques, with a basic understanding of semiconductors and related materials;
3. Possess a strong sense of innovation, team collaboration, and responsibility, as well as robust learning capabilities.
4. Candidates with a solid understanding of chemical vapor deposition equipment and thin-film epitaxial growth techniques will be given appropriate preference.

Production Equipment Operator

Job Responsibilities:
1. Primarily responsible for the grinding, polishing, and cleaning of semiconductor substrate wafers, as well as the daily operation and maintenance of production equipment;
2. Strictly follow the work plan and process procedure requirements, diligently fulfill the production schedule, ensure product quality, and record process parameters.
3. Able to reflect on and summarize manufacturing processes, and propose targeted, innovative solutions.
4. Able to complete daily operational data collection, statistics, and analysis on time.
Job Qualifications:
1. Associate’s degree required; candidates with a background in mechanical engineering, mold design, automation, or other related STEM fields are preferred.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous in work, and motivated to improve;
3. Strong cost management, quality control, and a commitment to continuous improvement in production;
4. Strong verbal communication and organizational coordination skills, with excellent execution capabilities;

Ultra-clean room cleaning and process operators

Job Responsibilities:
1. Under the guidance of the process engineer, perform daily operations related to cleaning and other processes in the cleanroom in accordance with the production operating manual.
2. Able to maintain a safe and tidy work environment in accordance with 5S requirements;
3. Responsible for cleaning to ensure product quality meets standards and for completing production orders on schedule;
4. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of equipment.
Job Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or higher; no work experience required; recent graduates and interns are welcome.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous in work, and motivated to improve;
3. Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with or have experience in cleanroom workflows, cleaning equipment, and the properties of chemicals.

Job Requirements:
1. Educational requirement: Associate’s degree in a science or engineering-related field, such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, CNC machining, mold design, electronics, automation, or photovoltaics.
